  1. How do I register for a trade account?
  2. What documents will you accept to prove I am trade?
  3. My trade documents won't upload what should I do?
  4. What do I do if i've forgotten my password?
  • Head to the sign up page and enter all your details. If you are a registered hair professional please click "I am a trade professional". You will be asked to upload some proof that you are a trade professional. 
  • Upload any formal documentation that proves you as trade member or ties you to a professional hair/beauty company. Trade certificates, Public liability insurance or or recent payslip are some examples of accepted documentation. Business cards, drivers license and resumes are not accepted as sufficient proof of trade.

  • Please ensure the file size isn't over ***. We will only accept the following file types **. If you still can't upload it please contact us.
  • Need to change your password? Log in using your current password, follow the steps under account information. Forgot your password? At log in, click the “forgot password” option and follow the steps to reset. Unfortunately due to GDPR laws, we are not able to manually reset your password, so if you are having issues receiving your password reset email please check your spam and junk and try again. Our customer service team will not be able to resend this or amend your password.
